Have you got a data allocation for your mobile phone plan?  How do you keep track of your usage?  Some providers give you a number you can call, while some others give you a website.  These methods will let you see what data you have used...but not what you are currently using!  That small difference can cost you big money.  In fact, in some countries like Australia, even if you call the Telco directly, they can only give you data that is 4 - 24 hrs old!!  This is fine, as long as you don't use much data!
